
<FONT size=2><BR> 内地儿童耐用品销售商好孩子国际昨日公布年度业绩,股东应占溢利1.71亿元,下跌6.55%,末期息5港仙,截止过户日期为5月28日下午4时30分。集团表示,公司今年1月成功收购了德国知名品牌CYBEX,今年欧美市场销售增长目标达双位数,并指今年很大机会是集团在市场发展中最好的一年。 <BR><BR> 截至2013年12月31日止,好孩子年度总收益跌约8.0%,41.89亿元,毛利率则升3.8个百分点至22.9%,每股盈利跌5.56%至0.17元。集团主席兼首席执行官宋郑还表示,去年环球经济持续不明朗,以致北美及欧洲市场的收益分别得15.3%及20.1%的跌幅,拖累公司整体表现,但公司收购德国品牌CYBEX,有望令欧美市场今年的销售增长达双位数。副总裁兼首席财务官刘同友则指,该项收购行动有助好孩子的国际业务发展。他形容,公司今年将迎来初步爆发的一年,有信心会是集团在市场发展中最好的一年。 <BR><BR><BR></FONT>
